Cancelation and Refund Policy

For Monthly Members

Monthly memberships do not imply a contractual agreement outside of the 30 days after payment. Members are free to cancel in advance of their next payment cycle. An email notice is required to cancel a membership. Monthly Members must submit a cancellation request at least 3 business days prior to their next payment cycle via email before their next draft date. Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of your current 30-day membership cycle. We do not prorate the remaining monthly membership value.

Canceled memberships forfeit special locked-in pricing. If they wish to return, they will have to utilize current pricing at that time of your next purchase. 

Members may dispute a charge if they believe they were incorrectly charged due to the failure of 24 Golf to cancel or put the membership on hold.

For Yearly and 6-month memberships

In the event of injury, we will make every effort to accommodate you by temporarily suspending your membership until you can resume participation.

24 Golf reserves the right to cancel a member due to misconduct, misuse of equipment, or bringing in non-members without pay or a buddy pass.
